college prep

Welcome!

College Prep is a program provides intensive training for high school students who are interested becoming professional musicians. It prepares students for their entrance exams to conservatory, colleges and universities.

Many of my graduates continued their study in professional schools, such Eastman Music College, Mannes College of Music, Manhatten Music School, Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, Royal School of Music, Guild Hall School of Music, to name a few (navigate to “community service” to see their pictures). They have become professional orchestral musicians, teachers, baroque music professionals, virtuosic soloist, chamber musicians, and concert organisers, etc.

College Prep program includes private and ensemble lessons, recommendation letters, and performances (equivalent to mock exam or trial concerts) It is designed for qualified students only. The major focus is the trial concert: Students will need to perform for a small audience as many time as needed before exams. Space or hall rental fee may apply.
